Creating and managing jobs

Create one job per assignment, then open the job to update its details, status, mileage, and payment information.

Mileage and expenses

Add assignment mileage to the job. Use Expenses for other business costs and review your entries before exporting.

Photos and signatures

Add available photos, location details, and signatures while documenting the job. Review the record before marking it complete.

Scanning images and PDFs

Use Scan Assignment or Scan Receipt, choose a supported image or PDF, then review every detected field before saving.

Backup and restore

Open Export Records to create a backup file or restore a previous FieldLog backup on this device.

Updating FieldLog

When FieldLog is online, it can check for an available update. If one is available, FieldLog prompts you before activating it. Your existing records should remain in place during supported updates.
